Scenario details

Follow Saladin’s rise and the struggle for control of the eastern Mediterranean. Mission order and scenario notes: 1. An Arabian Knight — A fixed-army mission with no unit production. Use the starting force carefully, then reach the Mosque to turn the Egyptians into allies before attacking the remaining Frankish base 2. Lord of Arabia — Defend two allied trade cities from land raids and naval attacks while developing a small base of your own 3. The Horns of Hattin — A Relic-recovery mission fought from two vulnerable desert camps. The objective is a courier run, so you can win without defeating every enemy 4. The Siege of Jerusalem — Build up in a besieged starting area, then attack the city’s five defensive towers while protecting its religious landmarks 5. Jihad! — A multi-front late-game scenario with land and naval threats. You only need to take two cities, but Ascalon’s Wonder creates a deadline 6. The Lion and the Demon — Survive the encirclement of Acre while several Crusader armies press from different directions. A Wonder victory is the primary objective Use the named objectives, starting setup, and mission order in this entry to distinguish it from the standard skirmish rules.
