Overview

Player approach
The Imperial Seal is a control-point scenario with no starting economy. Capture an outer district first to gain Villagers and recurring support, then contest Luoyang until you hold ten districts.
Step-by-step plan
Clear the guards around the southern Fortified Tower and reduce it to the capture threshold to claim the first district. Use the Villagers and resources Yuan Shao provides to establish a compact economy and recruit a mobile force. Capture nearby districts in a connected route, then protect the five-district position that sustains Yuan’s reinforcements while contesting the inner city. Count districts frequently and prioritize the least defended flags.
Risks and adjustments
A large army without an economy will be difficult to replace. District control can swing quickly, so leave units near vulnerable flags and do not send every force into the city center.
