A Most Unlikely Man food and relic economy
A Most Unlikely Man begins with Ivaylo’s small force under attack, then grants control of a larger central town. Farms are restricted on higher difficulties, making scouting and non-farm food sources central to the plan.

Overview
A Most Unlikely Man begins with Ivaylo’s small force under attack, then grants control of a larger central town. Farms are restricted on higher difficulties, making scouting and non-farm food sources central to the plan.
Plan and execution
Focus the opening force on the Mangudai so the heroes can survive the first strike. Follow the revealed path to the central town and take control of its army and economy. Scout widely for herdables, hunt, fishing, and the two Relics, then establish a Castle west of the base to cover the main Tatar approach. Use occasional Watch Towers or Kreposts to protect distant Villagers while keeping a mobile force ready for repeated small raids.
Risks and adaptation
On difficulties where Farms are unavailable, do not build an economy that depends on them. Relics and food sites are spread across the map; protect Monks and avoid sending workers far beyond the Castle’s support.
