Incas Strategy
Incas: Use the Llama and efficient opening housing to reach Feudal Age without wasting early gathering time. Mix infantry and archers to exploit the flexible counter roster and durable Villagers.

Overview
Incas: Use the Llama and efficient opening housing to reach Feudal Age without wasting early gathering time. Mix infantry and archers to exploit the flexible counter roster and durable Villagers.
Opening decision and first timing
The starting Llama and higher-capacity housing can streamline the first minutes. Decide whether the extra early time supports an Eagle opening, a defensive response, or quicker Castle Age preparation. A stone discount can make a forward structure cheaper, but only build it where workers can survive and it protects a real objective.
Composition, counters, and transition
Kamayuks help against groups of mounted units; Eagles can threaten exposed ranged units or economy. Use the food discount on military units to sustain the line that matches the opponent rather than mixing everything immediately. From Castle Age, Villagers benefit from infantry attack and armor research, which makes defended resource positions harder to raid but does not turn workers into a substitute army.
Opening priorities
Use the Llama and efficient opening housing to reach Feudal Age without wasting early gathering time.
Core army
Mix infantry and archers to exploit the flexible counter roster and durable Villagers.
Technology & transition
Choose the Castle Age unique unit or counter line that answers the opponent instead of forcing one composition.
Watch for
The civilization has no conventional cavalry or gunpowder, so plan around infantry, archers, and siege.
