Player approach
The starting base is exposed before Cunhambebe seizes the Castillo roughly twelve minutes into the mission. Prepare a quick response for that timed event and decide whether to damage the Castillo enough to end his intervention or preserve it for the return-base objective. Meanwhile, Durand pressures the other approaches, so the army must avoid becoming trapped between two fronts. (Castillo)
Step-by-step plan
Stabilize Aldeano production and watch the Castillo as the timer approaches. Fortaleza Petards or another fast strike force ready to damage it immediately after the capture; meeting the damage threshold can end Cunhambebe’s intervention before he builds up. If you preserve the alternate path, prepare to defend attacks from the captured base while continuing to disrupt Durand’s supply route. Risks and adjustments
Destroying the Castillo can cancel the return-base objective, while damaging it enough may force an early resignation and preserve a different path.
