Resumen
Lautaro commands a united Mapuches force and searches for Valdivia among three Españoles costa forts. Allied morale determines the troops and recursos they contribute, while losing both allied groups ends the mission. Protecting at least one ally is essential while the army advances on the forts. (Mapuches, costa, recursos, Españoles)
Player approach
This is a defense on several fronts where ally morale controls both reinforcement deliveries and tributo. The Mapuches Rearguard periodically sends Kona and Jinete con boleadorass; the Mapuches Tribes contribute recursos as long as their settlements remain secure. Use these benefits to support your own economía, but treat allied villages as part of the defensive perimeter rather than distant optional objetivos. (unidades, tributo, Mapuches)
Step-by-step plan
Check both allied morale indicators and identify the asentamiento with the greater chance of surviving. Fortaleza a mobile reserve near it, protect the Mapuches Rearguard so its periodic troops continue, and prevent raids from reaching the Mapuches Tribes’ Villagers or production edificios. Clear nearby threats before leading a long expedition toward the Españoles forts. Once the allied positions are establo and tributo is flowing, reinforce the main force and search the forts for Valdivia. (Mapuches, Kona, Jinete con boleadoras, fortaleza, Mapuches, tributo, ataque, suministros)
Risks and adjustments
Losing both Mapuches allies causes defeat even if your own base survives. Do not send the whole army on a costa assault while morale is falling; restore a threatened ally’s position first. If one group cannot be saved, enfoque protection on the other and fortaleza its asentamiento, Villagers, and production intact.
Focused strategy página
The ally-morale defense plan focuses on keeping one Mapuches partner alive, preserving reinforcements, and timing the costa assault. (The Elusive Serpiente ally-morale defense)
