Role, availability & values

The force uses 29 population and takes 60 seconds under the recorded Consulate rules. Life Guards provide a mounted presence while the Falconets can attack units, buildings and enemy artillery. The artillery needs protection from cavalry or infantry that can close on the guns. Reserve the full population before starting the delivery.

Matchup & timing

Choose this force when the army needs both cavalry and artillery and can wait for the shipment. Keep the Falconets behind a screen and use the Life Guards to respond to threats around them. If the opponent is already attacking, compare its minute-long arrival with faster or smaller Consulate options.

A high-population mixed force

The British Expeditionary Army supplies seven Life Guards and three Falconets, so it can threaten several target types but also consumes 29 population. The cavalry should protect the guns rather than chase so far that the artillery is left exposed. Scout the route and make space in the army before selecting the shipment. If the population cap is tight, remove or delay other units so the full formation can arrive and fight together.

Version and population details

The Industrial Age company costs 1,600 Export, takes 60 seconds and uses 29 population. Its current formation contains seven Life Guards and three Consulate Falconets; the Asian Dynasties version had six Life Guards and used 27 population. The delivery is therefore a major late-game commitment, not a small cavalry reinforcement.

Cavalry screen for three guns

Life Guards provide mobile protection while the three Falconets threaten buildings and enemy formations. The cavalry can respond to units closing on the guns, but the army still needs support against dedicated anti-cavalry forces and enemy artillery. Reserve population before ordering, and coordinate the long delivery with a push that can keep the Falconets firing.
