When to research
Complete Galata Tower District before attempting to train beyond the previous Yörük limit, and only when the army plan uses enough Yörüks to justify the capacity. The low cost and short research time can make it convenient, but Coin may be needed for military production. If pursuing Topkapi, include its follow-up cost and timing in the plan.
Limit increase versus unit strength
Galata Tower District expands how many Yörüks can be trained; it does not improve their hit points, attack or speed. The distinction matters when deciding whether the Mosque investment answers a current problem.
