Experience from elapsed match time

Choose when shipment progress matters
The experience can advance Home City shipments, so the reward is useful when a valuable card is close. Waiting longer increases the possible payout, but delays its use and ties up the Cathedral option. The 30-minute cap means later waiting adds no further books. Check the game clock and the next shipment before researching.
