Lord

The Lord is the Regent in The War of the Three Kingdoms scenario from The Baltic Powers. He is a unique objective unit: the scenario’s in-game warning states that losing him causes defeat. The profile has a one-unit limit and zero population cost, but his strategic value comes from survival, not the size of his army contribution.

Role, availability & values

The Lord has 2,026 hit points, 50% ranged resistance, speed 7.5 and line of sight 18. His hand attack deals 10 damage every 1.5 seconds; the siege attack deals five damage at range six every three seconds. He grants 40 experience when killed. His access, commands and scenario role are controlled by War of the Three Kingdoms; these stats do not describe a normal unit available to every civilization in standard matches.

Matchup & timing

Keep the Lord behind the main defensive line and avoid using him to scout or chase enemies alone. The scenario defeat condition makes his position more important than the modest attack profile. Move him only with an escort, watch flanking routes and retreat before his health is low; defeating the opposing army is not worth exposing the Regent to unnecessary risk.

Protect the scenario’s key unit

The Lord is a mission-critical Regent. If he dies, the player loses, so ordinary exchanges that might be acceptable for another cavalry unit can end the scenario. Keep him out of range while the army fights, and do not leave him at an unguarded objective. His 50% ranged resistance and high hit points help, but they do not remove the defeat condition or protect him from every threat.

His combat profile is not a normal recruitment guide

The profile lists a single unit, zero population, 2,026 hit points and a small hand and siege attack. Those values describe the scenario Regent, not a trainable Polish or English unit. Use the mission’s objectives and available controls to determine his route; there is no ordinary Stable production or build order to follow.
