Secret Society
Secret Society is a Commerce Age Haudenosaunee technology researched at the Community Plaza. It unlocks the Heal ability for the Haudenosaunee War Chief. The research costs 200 Wood and 100 Coin and takes 10 seconds. This is an ability unlock rather than a direct shipment or a general improvement to all Haudenosaunee units; its value depends on having the War Chief available and using the new command when support is needed.

Effect & research conditions
Research Secret Society at the Community Plaza, then select the War Chief and use the newly available Heal ability according to its in-game command and restrictions. The research does not automatically activate the ability. Keep the hero close enough to the force that needs support and protect the War Chief while using its non-combat role.

When to research
Choose it when the Haudenosaunee War Chief is supporting a force that will take damage and the extra healing option can help sustain it. If the hero is absent or the army is unlikely to need healing, the research has little immediate value. Its cost can be compared with other Community Plaza choices.
Unlocking Heal is not the same as activating it
Secret Society unlocks the Heal ability for the Haudenosaunee War Chief. The research itself does not trigger a heal or restore the entire army; after it completes, use the War Chief’s newly available command when the ability is appropriate. Keep the hero with the force that needs support and protect it while it performs that role. The technology is specific to the War Chief, so it does not give a healing ability to other Haudenosaunee units or to every hero in an allied army.
Timing the Community Plaza investment
The Commerce Age technology costs 200 Wood and 100 Coin and takes 10 seconds at the Community Plaza. Research when the War Chief is active and the army is likely to need the added support. If the hero is absent, defeated or far from the units that need help, the unlock cannot influence the immediate fight. Compare the research with other Community Plaza choices and with the resources needed to keep producing the main army. Once unlocked, position the War Chief so it can assist without becoming the first unit caught by an enemy push.
