Effect and role
Research costs 250 Wood and 250 Coin and takes 10 seconds. The technology does not increase Farm gathering; it grants up to three timed deliveries based on the game clock. The later crates depend on the match continuing long enough, so the total benefit is not immediate.

Access and delivery
Research early in a match expected to last long enough to receive several installments. Keep ordinary Food gathering active while waiting, and plan to use each crate for units, upgrades or an Age advance when it arrives. After the 30-minute cap, elapsed time grants no further crates; do not delay a needed economy or military action solely to wait for the reward.
