Role, availability & values

The builder has 250 hit points and moves at 4.0 speed. It must reach a legal site and complete construction before the University’s benefits are available. The wagon is not an ordinary Villager and should not be counted as a gatherer or combat unit.

Matchup & timing

Place the University where its available research or economic function supports the Hausa plan and can be protected. Scout the route first because the wagon’s movement speed makes it vulnerable to mobile attacks. Use an escort if needed and avoid sending it beyond the area the army can hold.

Hausa University placement

The University Builder is a Hausa construction wagon associated with The African Royals. Its 250 hit points, 20% siege resistance and 4.0 speed allow it to travel to a chosen location, where it builds a University for free. It is not a Villager and does not gather resources. The completed University supplies the Hausa research and support functions, including access to Alliance technologies and its listed automatic Influence or Experience generation under supported rules.

Bring the research site within reach of the army

Choose a protected location where the University can continue producing its passive resource and where the selected Alliance technology can be researched safely. A forward position may shorten the route for military support, but it also exposes the wagon and building to raids. Escort the Builder to a legal placement area and defend the University while its research or automatic generation contributes to the Hausa plan.
