When to research
War Song can deliver up to 15 groups of Arrow Knight before the 30-minute cap. Research early enough to receive more intervals, reserve population, and keep a safe rally point so the arrivals can join the army. Use the Nobles' Hut for research. Research takes 10 seconds and costs 500 food, 400 wood.
Earlier research yields more installments
War Song costs 500 Food and 400 Wood and takes ten seconds to research at a Nobles’ Hut. It grants one Arrow Knight for each two minutes of game time elapsed, up to 30 minutes, so researching it as soon as the Fortress Age allows preserves the most possible installments. Waiting does not increase the cap beyond fifteen units.
Timed Arrow Knight arrivals
War Song grants one Arrow Knight for each two-minute interval of game time, up to the 30-minute limit. The maximum schedule is therefore fifteen units, but it is not a single immediate delivery of fifteen. The Aztec Fortress Age research at a Nobles' Hut costs 500 Food and 400 Wood and takes ten seconds. Research as early as the required Age permits when the match is likely to last long enough for later intervals to matter; a late purchase cannot recover installments whose times have already passed.
Prepare the army for a gradual stream
The Arrow Knights arrive over time, so have a force and rally route ready to absorb each unit rather than relying on one decisive batch. Keep population space available and protect the route from the Nobles' Hut area to the army. Since the technology spends both Food and Wood, compare its long-term stream with the resources needed for immediate defense. If the match is close to ending, those resources may produce a faster result elsewhere.
