Husk

The Husk is a slow undead shambler in Minecraft Dungeons II, a dried-out Zombie variant with 42 health and 100 poise. Its movement speed of 175 is glacial — the slowest of the common undead — so it rarely reaches you before you reach it. It drops 4 souls when destroyed.

Its moveset is a single melee attack dealing 14 physical damage. Nothing about the Husk is dangerous in isolation; the threat is volume, as husks clog corridors in the Frozen Highlands alongside Frozen mobs and force heroes to fight through a wall of bodies. Because it is so slow, you can kite it forever, pick it off from range, or simply walk around it when the objective is elsewhere.

Blast damage is the efficient answer: the Husk takes +50% damage from blast and has no listed resistance, so TNT and explosive artifacts clear whole packs. Anything works, honestly — at 175 speed, even melee heroes can strike and step away with zero risk. Save your cooldowns for the faster threats sharing the area, like the Hurler, and treat husks as soul income.

It is fought in the Frozen Highlands and appears across 5 regions, with minecart stations at Archie's Ruins, Fortress Backgate, Frozen Fortress, Frozen Shipyard, Highland Cliffs, and Ice Caves. Slow, weak, and flammable-adjacent — the Baby Zombie's opposite in every way.
