Creaking's Reach

Creaking's Reach is a unique bow in Minecraft Dungeons II for sharpshooters who like their distance. Fashioned from the branch of a Creaking, it strikes with the force of a whole forest — its built-in effect doubles ranged damage against far-away targets, making every long-range arrow hit like a siege bolt.
Stats and mechanics
The headline number is simple — 100% more damage from far away. That multiplier turns long sightlines into kill zones. With the Ranger archetype and a light weight, it stays quick to handle, and sits in C tier for calculated DPS. The catch: up close it behaves like an ordinary bow, so letting enemies close the gap wastes the weapon's whole purpose. Like all Dungeons II ranged weapons, its arrows are unlimited and self-regenerating. Enchantments that boost projectile damage or add on-hit effects pair especially well with the doubled output.
How to get it
Creaking's Reach drops in Frozen Highlands, Howling Woods and Singer's Meadow. It appears as the unique roll of the Longbow — any Longbow drop can come out as this one, so farming that weapon's sources is the way to hunt it.
Builds and playstyles
Creaking's Reach is the flagship weapon for a sniper playstyle: hang back, use terrain, and punish anything that approaches from range. It pairs naturally with enchanting setups that reward charged or long-distance shots. Its mirror image is The Close Ranger, which doubles damage up close instead — pick one based on how you like to fight. Crit-focused heroes can stack it with Ranger's Promise for big numbers, or compare it with the raw damage boost of Paragon.
