Player approach
Road to Royalty attacks arrive before the opening timer ends. Build a defensive stone reserve, make Qizilbash trade an early gold source, then capture Tabriz’s nobles before the main assault.
Step-by-step plan
Assign a strong group of Villagers to stone and trade surplus resources for the Castle network. Start Trade Carts with Qizilbash early, research Caravan when affordable, and place the first Castle north of your base to cover the approach. Keep Qizilbash defensive until their army can be supported, capture the Tabriz noblemen to reduce local production, then move siege under Castle cover for the city assault.
Risks and adjustments
An exposed Qizilbash attack can feed units into Aq Qoyunlu without changing the balance. Maintain the ally’s defenses and leave enough stone for successive Castles before spending on optional upgrades.
