Overview

Nile Delta starts on barren northern islets with no Food, Gold, or Stone. The Transport Ship is the route to the richer river banks where the lasting economy can begin.

Plan and execution

Scout the riverbank before unloading and choose a landing with room for a Town Center, wood access, and a retreat path. Keep the Transport Ship near the first Villagers and escort it if an enemy fleet is visible. Establish food and wood first, then expand toward the river resources.

Risks and adaptation

The starting islets cannot sustain a long delay. Avoid unloading onto a narrow or exposed bank, and do not strand Villagers without a safe transport route.
