Role, availability & values
In Valley Forge, a Baker can train one for 100 Coin. The wagon moves slowly and can be destroyed by patrols; the Food is received only when it reaches its destination. The wagon is a scenario resource delivery, not a repeatable Food building or a normal shipment.
Matchup & timing
Scout the return route and escort the wagon before spending Coin to produce it. Its delivery can complete a Food objective or fund a large production push, but losing the wagon forfeits the resource. Clear patrols or move the escort ahead before sending it through danger.
A one-time Valley Forge objective
The wagon’s 1,000 Food is received only if it reaches the player’s base in the Valley Forge scenario. A Baker can train one for 100 Coin, but patrols can destroy it during its slow journey. Clear or avoid the route and protect the wagon until delivery; it is a mission-specific supply objective, not a renewable economy building or a standard Home City shipment.
Campaign-only delivery and route planning
The Food Wagon appears in Valley Forge in Act I: Fire of The WarChiefs. A Baker can train one for 100 Coin, but it is a one-time delivery: the scenario grants 1,000 Food only when the wagon reaches the base, after which the wagon is consumed. British patrols can destroy it easily, so scout the route and clear or avoid hostile forces before sending it. Its campaign objective is distinct from ordinary Home City shipments, livestock or buildings that generate Food.
