Effect & research conditions
The technology costs 400 Wood and 400 Coin and takes 10 seconds to research. Its effect applies to Lenape Warriors’ War Cry; it is not a general cooldown reduction for all units or abilities. The player needs the Lenape settlement post and must field Lenape Warriors to use the benefit.

When to research
Research before a sustained series of engagements where Lenape Warriors can use War Cry more than once. A shorter cooldown matters when the unit remains in the field long enough to cycle the ability, but it provides little immediate value if the force is absent or the fight ends quickly. Compare its 800-resource cost with adding units or improving the main army.
A specialist upgrade for repeated engagements
Lenape Clans rewards a plan centered on keeping Lenape Warriors active. The 15% reduction gives more frequent access over a long battle, but does not make War Cry continuously available. Maintain the allied settlement and protect the units so they can use their ability, then time it around engagements where the benefit can influence the fight. If the army composition shifts away from Lenape Warriors, the technology’s narrow scope makes it a lower priority than a broad economic or unit upgrade.
