Lithuania
Lithuania is a heavily wooded, water-rich map from Knights of the Mediterranean. Two long rivers frame the battlefield; three Trading Posts lie along the route, and two Houses stand between the waterways. Lakes and river crossings create chokepoints, but limited resources near the starting bases make expansion necessary.

Map character
Scout the northern, central and southern Trading Posts, the central Houses and both riverbanks before advancing. The map can appear in summer or winter, while the House of Jagiellon, Oldenburg or Vasa may provide settlement access. Cossack Daredevils and Hajduks are listed as Outlaw options. In free-for-all games the rivers and Trade Routes are absent, so reassess the layout instead of following a team-map opening.
What to scout
Secure a crossing before sending a slow army across the river, and keep a second route open for reinforcements. Three Trading Posts can reward a connected presence, but a force holding the center can be attacked from either bank. Expand toward fresh Hunts and mines as the starting stock runs low, and use the central Houses as landmarks rather than assuming they block every approach.
Trade access, crossings and settlement choices
The three Trading Posts create a north-to-south objective line, while the rivers can divide the army if only one crossing is protected. Establish vision on alternate crossings before taking a distant post, then leave units near the route to prevent an isolated capture. The House of Jagiellon can offer swift horsemen useful for flanking; Oldenburg and Vasa provide different settlement options, so inspect the available roster before choosing an alliance. The free-for-all layout removes the rivers and Trade Routes, changing both the expansion path and the value of those openings.
