Function & construction

A Church Wagon or eligible Settler can construct the building. Its recorded Experience trickle is 0.7 per second. The unit and research options belong to the United States technology tree; another civilization’s Church or Monastery does not necessarily share the Meeting House roster or effect.

Placement & timing

Construct it when a Surgeon, Spy or available technology supports the army or mission, and early enough for passive Experience to accumulate. The building can contribute to shipment timing while research is underway. Keep it safe if its upgrades are part of the plan for the next engagement.

United States support units and town research

The Meeting House costs 150 Wood, has a limit of one, and automatically generates 0.7 Experience per second. It is the United States replacement for a Church and is available from the Commerce Age in the current profile. The building trains Surgeons for 225 Coin and Spies for 110 Coin, and researches town and unique technologies. Examples include Medical Science for 200 Food and 200 Wood, which improves healing units, and Town Watch for 150 Food, which adds three line of sight to military and economic units. The 0.7 Experience trickle can help move Home City shipments forward while the player researches or produces support units. Because it costs only Wood but competes for a shipment and safe building space, use it when the Surgeon, Spy or technology supports a planned army. Keep it protected: its value accumulates over time rather than providing an immediate combat force.

Training and technology examples

The building can train Surgeons for 225 Coin and Spies for 110 Coin. Its research includes Medical Science for 200 Food and 200 Wood, which improves healing units, and Town Watch for 150 Food, which adds three line of sight to military and economic units. This makes its value depend on support needs as well as the passive Experience trickle.

United States support and Experience

The Meeting House is a Commerce Age United States building that trains Surgeons and Spies, researches town and unique technologies, and automatically gathers 0.7 Experience per second in the recorded profile. It costs 150 Wood, takes about 20 seconds to construct and has a 1,500-hit-point structure. The available roster belongs to the United States technology tree; another civilization’s Church or Monastery may provide different units and research.

When to invest in the building

Construct the Meeting House when its Surgeon, Spy or technology options support the army, and early enough for passive Experience to accumulate. A Spy can threaten Heroes and Mercenaries, while a Surgeon supports unit recovery; neither should be trained without considering the current matchup. Keep the building safe if its research shapes the next engagement. Its Experience trickle helps future Home City shipments, but should complement rather than replace resource gathering and military production.
