Overview
The West Incursion Zone is the third zone and holds 8 trophy-linked collectible locations: 1 FBC Taskboard, 1 Dylan's Sketchbook, 1 Dog, 1 Secret Hideout, 1 Testing Facility, 1 Taxi, and 2 Freeze Frame Cameras. Most of the zone's collectibles need Shift — finish Jesse Sightings: The Incursion Fault first.

Dog
Northwest corner of the zone, on a roof that requires the Shift ability. The blue dragon toy is on the neighboring roof where the dog is looking — atop an air-conditioning unit beside a Chowrap billboard. All 8: dog guide.
Secret Hideout — Urban Fresh
The "Urban Fresh" mart: enter code 1213 on the cash register (derived from the soda dispenser's flashing lights in reverse, per the in-store note) to open the wall. Full solutions: all 6 hideouts.
Freeze Frame Camera — sideways building
Northeast of the Parking Garage, atop a sideways building (small red light). Both cameras need Shift — complete the Incursion Fault in the Parking Garage first. Circle around via the right-hand rooftop to drop behind the camera. All 14: camera guide.
Freeze Frame Camera — southeast scaffolding
On a suspended scaffolding platform in the southeast corner, northwest of the Museum of Curiosities. Use Shift to reach the ceiling road, run off the edge to invert, then jump across the floating platforms to the higher scaffolding behind the camera.
Testing Facility & Taxi
