CAMPAIGN · DYNASTIES OF INDIA
Liberation?
The campaign turns into a two-stage conquest. Capture the coastal Pandya settlements by taking their Castles, then push through the mountain route and stop the Rashtrakuta Wonder. Destroying Pandya Castles transfers nearby buildings and resources, so keep the advance moving.

Player approach
Liberation? rewards rapid Castle captures: each fallen Pandya Castle transfers the nearby base and grants resources. Use siege to open several fronts while the navy protects fishing and denies enemy ships.
Step-by-step plan
Queue Trebuchets early and send Rathas to handle small defending groups while the siege focuses on Castles. Keep enough ships to protect fishing and answer the Pandya navy; Bengali ships recover health over time, so disengage damaged vessels and let them repair between fights. Push from one Castle to the next and use each captured area to extend production toward the remaining objectives.
Risks and adjustments
The first phase can become harder if allowed to drag on, as Pandya attacks continue. Do not abandon the sea entirely, but avoid spending on Cannon Galleons for targets outside their effective range.
