GUIDE · BATTLE STRATEGY
Late-game production rotation
Rotate production to replace losses without letting one expensive unit line consume all resources.

Overview
Rotate production to replace losses without letting one expensive unit line consume all resources.
Plan and execution
Keep queues on safe rally routes, preserve gold for decisive units, and adjust affordable support as the opponent changes composition.
Risks and adaptation
Cheap troops can feed the enemy; gold-heavy production can exhaust reserves. Balance the mix and retain rebuilding capacity.
Decision example
After a large battle, check which unit actually won the exchange and which resource is running low. If gold is scarce, preserve siege or the premium unit that can end the game, and let Spearmen, Skirmishers, or Light Cavalry hold the front when their matchups fit. Move rally points behind a safe line, replace the main force in groups, and pause a queue that consumes food needed for workers or upgrades. The correct rotation changes when the opponent shifts from cavalry to archers or begins attacking trade.
