Player approach

Step-by-step plan
Use the quiet opening to add Villagers and stabilize comida, madera, and oro income near Cremona. Raid Aquileia’s outside economía, then gather protected asedio unidades and Huskarls for an ataque on the northern puerta. After taking the city, prepare Pikemen to blunt Cremona’s Knights and apply pressure from both the north and east. Fortaleza scouting as the front changes, and do not ignore the later Cab. de exploración event: Sarus’ betrayal alters the diplomatic situation and opens a new threat. Risks and adjustments
Do not expect Athaulf to execute the main assault for you; plan as though your own army must exploit every opening. Fortaleza asedio unidades behind infantería, and retain a reserve instead of sending every unit toward Cremona.
