Guardian profile & maps

The Alligator has 150 hit points, moves at 7.0 speed and deals 10 hand damage. Its statistics help estimate the danger to a hero approaching the Treasure. Guardian groups can vary by map and reward.

Clearing a Treasure

Clear the Alligator before attempting to collect the Treasure. Scout for additional guardians and use support if the Explorer is low on health. Avoid leaving the hero within reach of the guardian while waiting for other units to arrive.

Practical direction

Keep the engagement near friendly support and avoid dragging the Alligator far from its post. If it returns toward its guarded Treasure, it may recover, so finish the fight within a controlled area or disengage fully before trying again. The 10-Experience bounty is secondary to safely opening the reward site.

Guardian attack profile

Alligator is a Treasure guardian with 150 hit points, speed 7.0 and line of sight 9. Its hand attack deals 10 damage every 1.5 seconds, and defeating it awards 10 experience. It guards a Treasure rather than providing Food or being available from a production queue.

Clear it before collecting

Its speed lets it reach an Explorer quickly, so check the guardian group and hero health before engaging. Keep the fight close to the Treasure because guardians can retreat to their post and recover when dragged too far away. Bring support if the Explorer cannot safely absorb repeated attacks.
