Bullionism
Bullionism is a Fortress Age Japanese Consulate technology that grants 1,500 Experience. Experience contributes to the Home City shipment meter, so this research can bring the next card delivery closer without directly granting a unit or resource crate.

Effect & research conditions
Research it at the Consulate; it takes 30 seconds. The Experience is separate from Food, Wood and Coin, and the player still chooses an eligible card from the selected Home City deck when a shipment becomes available. Check the current shipment meter and deck to see whether 1,500 Experience will unlock a card soon.
Research condition
Available to Japanese from the Fortress Age. Research it at Consulate.
When to research
Time Bullionism when an additional shipment can arrive before the next engagement or support the following stage of the plan. The benefit depends on the Experience still needed and the usefulness of the next card. If the meter is nearly full, the research may have a quick payoff; if no useful card is ready, a Consulate military option may matter more.
Experience is valuable when it changes shipment timing
Bullionism’s 1,500 Experience is progress toward a Home City shipment, not a shipment payload of its own. Before researching, inspect the meter and determine which card will become available. A military card that can stabilize the front may justify the 30-second wait, while an unhelpful deck or a meter already close to another source of Experience can reduce the value. The research is strongest when the player has a clear card plan and enough time to use the delivery.
