Effect & research conditions
Research costs 500 Food, 500 Wood and 500 Coin and takes 10 seconds. Fifteen Tomahawks arrive at the Home City shipment point. The Industrial Age Old Ways Home City Card reduces the research cost to 250 of each resource. Haudenosaunee Raiding Party must be completed first.
Research condition
Haudenosaunee; Fortress Age; Town Center; requires Haudenosaunee Raiding Party; 500 Food · 500 Wood · 500 Coin; 10 seconds. Old Ways reduces the cost to 250 of each.
When to research
Use the second delivery when the army can absorb 15 additional population and the Town Center can spare its research time. It arrives much faster than ordinary training, but its large three-resource cost can compete with the Haudenosaunee economy’s Wood needs. Rally the units into a supported force rather than sending the melee group alone.
Complete the prerequisite first
Haudenosaunee Raiding Party is required before the Fortress Age technology can deliver its 15 Tomahawks. The 500 Food, Wood, and Coin cost makes it a major resource commitment. Complete it before a planned attack or defense, and leave population capacity for the shipment. The Town Center research site also means the player should avoid delaying essential worker production without a clear tactical payoff.
A second stage in the Tomahawk research chain
Haudenosaunee War Party requires Haudenosaunee Raiding Party and then delivers 15 Tomahawks. The Fortress Age Town Center research costs 500 Food, 500 Wood and 500 Coin and takes ten seconds. This is a three-resource investment, not a routine free reinforcement; it competes with Villager production, age advancement and other military spending. Complete the prerequisite chain early enough for the second delivery to arrive before the fight, and reserve population for the additional group.
Turn the large delivery into a supported push
The 15 Tomahawks are strongest when they join a force that can protect their approach and exploit their arrival. Rally them toward an objective with friendly units rather than allowing the melee troops to travel alone into ranged fire. If the opponent has a counter composition ready, delay the attack or add support instead of assuming the number of Tomahawks guarantees a favorable fight. The Town Center is occupied by research during the short completion window, so time the order around other essential Town Center tasks.
