Kallanka Travois
Kallanka Travois is an Inca construction wagon in Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition, shipped from the Home City. It transforms into a Kallanka without the normal Wood and Coin construction cost, providing Inca military production and garrison access. The wagon has 250 hit points, 5.0 speed, 20% siege resistance and eight line of sight. It builds at the ordinary construction rate rather than the accelerated rate of some other wagon builders.

Role, availability & values
Send the Home City shipment to a protected legal location and allow the Travois to become a Kallanka. The finished building trains Bolas Warriors, Huaracas and Macemen, receives shipments and can shelter units while reducing their population use by one. Since the Travois builds at default speed, nearby enemies can interrupt or destroy the wagon before the structure is useful. Its low line of sight also means it should not be used as a scout.
Matchup & timing
Place it close enough to reinforce the army but behind a position that can defend the construction site. The free Kallanka preserves 200 Wood and 100 Coin for other needs, but the shipment itself has an opportunity cost and does not replace a combat card when immediate pressure is required. Use garrisoning to manage population and shelter reserves, while keeping the production point covered against siege.

The Definitive Edition wagon has 250 hit points, 5.0 speed, and 20% siege resistance, with eight line of sight. It builds a Kallanka for free, creating access to elite Inca infantry and a garrison point. Move it behind a defended line so the wagon survives construction and the completed building can reinforce the army. The free building preserves resources for troops, but it still takes time and a safe location to become useful.
Shipment access and normal build speed
The Home City delivers the Inca-only Travois, which builds a Kallanka for free at the default construction rate. Unlike wagons that complete their structure at several times normal speed, it remains exposed for the ordinary build duration. The completed Kallanka then supplies military production, shipment access and garrison utility; position the wagon where it can survive that transition.
