How the wagon works

Choose the structure before spending Influence so the wagon answers a specific need: another Town Center for expansion, or the civilization-specific support building for its economy or military. The ten-unit cap does not remove the need to defend construction sites. Keep the wagon on a route the army can protect and avoid sending it to a location whose building cannot be supported.

Choose the African structure for the map

The wagon costs 400 Influence, has 250 hit points, moves at 4.0 speed, and takes 2.5 seconds to train from the Town Center. It can build a Town Center, Palace, Mountain Monastery for Ethiopians, or University for Hausa without the structure’s normal cost. Decide which building answers the current need before dispatch, then escort the wagon until the chosen site is complete.
