Riderless Elephant
The Riderless Elephant is a rare, out-of-control campaign unit in The Asian Dynasties, appearing in Act III: India’s “Raid in Delhi.” It is not an ordinary cavalry choice: the mission triggers its stampede as a scripted environmental weapon.

Role, availability & values
In “Raid in Delhi,” destroying nearby Weapon Caches spooks the elephants and sends them through the area, where they can devastate units and buildings. Its very high health and powerful area melee attack are scenario statistics, not a trainable unit profile.
Matchup & timing
Use the mission objective to trigger the stampede against enemy positions, and clear friendly troops from its path. It cannot be trained or controlled as a regular skirmish unit.
Trigger the scripted stampede carefully
In Act III: India’s Raid in Delhi, destroying nearby Weapon Caches spooks the Riderless Elephants and sends them through the area. Their stampede can damage both units and buildings, so position forces and avoid placing key structures in the route. The elephant is an environmental campaign hazard, not a recruitable cavalry unit; its scenario health and area attack should not be applied to ordinary multiplayer balance.
A scripted environmental weapon
The Riderless Elephant's listed cost, speed and attack belong to a campaign scenario object, not a unit that can be ordered from a Stable or other production building. In Raid in Delhi, destroying Weapon Caches triggers the elephants' stampede. Their 2,000 hit points and powerful area attack make the hazard capable of damaging both units and buildings along its path. Use the mission trigger deliberately and clear friendly forces and valuable structures from the route before activating it.
Why its profile must stay mission-specific
The object's 80 Food and 40 Coin cost, Commerce Age label and 10,000 XP training field are scenario data; they do not make the elephant recruitable in a normal match. Its 90% hand resistance, 6.0 speed and 1,200-damage attack likewise describe the scripted threat, not ordinary cavalry balance. Follow the mission objective and watch the direction of the stampede rather than trying to control it like a player unit. Other scenarios may reuse elephant assets with different trigger behavior.
