Choose it when both parts of the reward matter
The technology is most efficient when a player can use the Dock Travois and has workers or Fishing Ships assigned to the named Food sources. It does not increase Coin or Wood gathering, nor does it improve every fishing task or every naval unit. Check access to the Sámi settlement and the shoreline before spending; if the map offers no useful water position, the delivered wagon may be less valuable even though the land Food bonus still applies.
