Virgin Islands
Virgin Islands starts teams on two main islands with Carib settlements and a European Royal House on each. The surrounding ocean contains Fish, Whales, Treasures and two Trade Routes; wrecked treasure ships provide Coin and can increase the map’s Coin flow when discovered.

Map character
Carib, Hanover, Stuart and Oldenburg are possible settlements, with Bandit Blowgunner, Klepht, Pirate, Brown Bear and Raiding Privateer among the listed outlaws or guardians. Scout for shipwrecks while checking the trade lanes and coastal resources. The Royal Houses are map features and are not buildable production sites.
What to scout
Protect Fishing Ships and treasure searches while planning movement between islands. Control of the routes can support the economy, but a land force needs transport and a safe landing to project pressure across the water. Keep an escort near each crossing and do not leave an island’s workers exposed while the main fleet moves elsewhere.
Island starts and shipwreck Coin
Teams begin on two main islands, each with access to a Carib settlement and a European Royal House. The ocean contains Fish, Whales, Treasures and two Trade Routes. Wrecked treasure ships provide Coin, and finding more ships increases the Coin flow. Naval scouting therefore serves exploration and economic planning.
Prepare for naval competition
Carib, Hanover, Stuart and Oldenburg are possible settlements; Bandit Blowgunner, Klepht, Pirate, Brown Bear and Raiding Privateer are listed outlaws or guardians. The Royal House on each island is currently not buildable, so treat it as a map feature rather than guaranteed production. Protect fishing and treasure searches, and escort island-to-island movement. Virgin Islands is a water map in The Baltic Powers.
