Overview

Downtown is the first zone and holds 9 trophy-linked collectible locations: 1 FBC Taskboard, 2 Dylan's Sketchbooks, 1 Dog, 1 Secret Hideout, 1 Testing Facility, 1 Taxi, and 2 Freeze Frame Cameras. This route covers them all with minimal fast travel.

All Downtown collectibles

#1 — FBC Taskboard

Inside the Oldest House building in Downtown. It appears only after the Central Zone Taskboard has been unlocked. See all 7 taskboards.

#2 — Secret Hideout (Atlantis Restaurant)

Enter the "Atlantis Restaurant" from the street through its green entrance. Work through the objects inside in this fixed order to open the wall: (1) the wall box in the back-right corner (L1/LB prompt), (2) the radio on the left side relative to the entrance, (3) the dark coffee maker on the counter, (4) the white coffee maker on the metal shelf behind the counter, (5) the soda machine beside the coffee maker, (6) the microwave beside the coffee maker, (7) the fridge behind the counter in the corner. A door opens — go through and open the health upgrade box. Full solutions: all 6 hideouts.

#3 — Dylan's Sketchbook: Rooftop Oasis

Northwest corner of Downtown, on a rooftop at the map label "Dense Patterning". Reaching it needs the Reach ability from Jesse Sightings: The Subway Fault. Examine the table on the roof; six items get flagged with puzzle markers on the minimap. Place the three swans on the marker spots nearest the table (where the ground has no stones) and the three plants on the spots farthest from the table (where stones are present). #4 — Freeze Frame Camera

Break the ability barrier on the roof above the camera with Ground Slam; the spot carries a map icon. To climb the roof without the camera noticing, come from the street a little northwest of the camera and walk up the roof's side with Shift. All 14: camera guide.

#5 — Dog

Southwest corner of Downtown, on a rooftop. The blue dragon toy sits on the neighboring roof to the left of the dog. All 8: dog guide.

#6 — Dylan's Sketchbook: Beach Day

Northeast Downtown, at the white map text "Lookout Point", inside a construction site. In a corner of the site lies a blue tarp — inspect the eye icon on it. Behind the "A New You Awaits" sign, at the end of the alley, sit a beach umbrella and a beach chair, both flagged with puzzle icons on the minimap. Carry them onto the blue tarp — chairs side by side facing forward, umbrella behind the chairs — then inspect with L1/LB to draw the sketchbook entry.

#7 — Testing Facility

Reached through the construction site in the Deserted Area; on the ground floor a pipe drops down and runs east into the facility. Five objects sit around the room and must be carried to the squares in the middle — crossing the floor lines transforms each object's form, and the goal is to deliver everything in soda machine form. The starting objects are randomized per player: bring items toward the middle and walk loops around the T intersections until each converts into a soda machine. After all five are placed, return to the switch near the computer icon and interact — if the switch won't turn green, grab the audio log beside it first to register the Unsupervised Science quest. #8 — Taxi

On the main road, north of the deserted road checkpoint. Inspect it with L1/LB, then inspect the right passenger door and get inside — it transports you to a new area where you answer the phone. To leave this Threshold, ride the cab with its TAXI roof light switched on. In the second cycle, interact with the cab whose roof light stays lit as you approach. In the third cycle, find the cab whose top light is currently lit — it flickers on and off, so act quickly. All 7: taxi guide.

#9 — Freeze Frame Camera

The door behind the camera must be opened by delivering electricity to it. Fetch power from the Power Core Station north of the camera, carry it to the roof slightly northeast of the camera, then carry it onward to the camera's door.
