When to research
Coin Crates provides a resource delivery: 1 Huge Chests of Coin and 1 Chests of Coin (coin 600). Research when that stockpile can fund a planned Age advance, unit queue or other purchase; compare the wait and resource cost with gathering or an immediate military option. Use the Consulate for research. Research takes 30 seconds.
Consulate resource delivery
Coin Crates is a Fortress Age Consulate technology for the Chinese and Indians in The Asian Dynasties. It costs 350 Export, takes 30 seconds and delivers one Huge Chest of Coin plus one Chest of Coin containing 600 Coin. It is a one-time resource delivery, not a recurring income upgrade.
Spend Export for a planned transition
The delivery can support an Age advance, mercenary purchase or unit queue that needs Coin, but it occupies Consulate research time and uses Export that could buy other national options. The technology is valuable when the player needs Coin and can wait for the full research period. Confirm the age and Consulate access in the selected version.
