Dock Wagon
Dock Wagon is a Definitive Edition construction wagon sent through Home City cards to establish one Dock or Port at no building cost. Mexicans and Chile have direct access; other civilizations can receive it from a Mexican ally through TEAM Gulf of Mexico. It builds the coastal structure twice as fast as normal, providing naval infrastructure rather than combat strength.

Role and construction
It has 250 hit points, 20% siege resistance, speed 4.0, line of sight 18 and build range 3. It transforms into the available Dock or Port and builds it for free at twice the normal rate. The wagon must reach a valid shore and finish construction before ships can be trained or supported. Its recorded matchup is “strong vs. nothing” and “weak vs. everything,” so protect it as a civilian construction unit.
Training & availability
Mexican and Chilean Home City access; TEAM Gulf of Mexico can send it to allies. 250 hit points · 20% siege resistance · speed 4.0 · line of sight 18 · build range 3 · Dock/Port construction at 2× rate.
Access and recorded values
Select a shore with usable water, room for the structure and a defensible approach. Escort the wagon during travel, then protect the completed site as naval production begins. Free construction and a faster build do not remove the need for a safe shoreline or the resources to train ships. Home City access also includes options for Chinese, Ethiopians, Europeans, Indians, Maltese and Spanish; some are gated by a revolution or Federal State.
Home City card access
The recorded list includes Western Reforms for Chinese, Ignatian Spirituality for Ethiopians, Wanderlust for Europeans, TEAM Shivaji’s Tactics for Indians, TEAM Knights of the Round Table for Maltese, several Mexican cards, and TEAM Spanish Inquisition or Fishing Fleet for Spanish. Wanderlust is available to British and Dutch after revolting to South Africa. Colegio de San Nicolas and Michoacán Fishermen require the Michoacán Federal State; National Servant requires Estado de México; Fishing Fleet is available after the Chile revolt. Check the active Home City deck because access varies by civilization and state.
