Regent (Regicide)
Regent is the protected objective character in The Baltic Powers Regicide profile. This mode-specific version has different movement and durability from the Asian Dynasties Regent, so its values should be read separately from the standard Regent entry.

Mode-specific profile
The recorded Regicide profile lists 2,500 hit points, 60% ranged resistance, 6.0 speed and 20 line of sight. It has a 10-damage hand attack and a 5-damage siege attack at range 6. Its profile records a 350 Coin cost, a limit of one and zero population; these are mode data, not evidence that it is a normal unit available from the regular technology tree.
Training & availability
The Baltic Powers Regicide profile. The Regent is the protected objective character: the match is lost if he dies. This profile is separate from the Asian Dynasties Regent and is not a regular unit-tree purchase.
Protection & timing
Protect the Regent as the Regicide objective and keep defenders between it and enemy forces. Its 2,500 hit points and ranged resistance provide durability, but its modest attacks mean the surrounding army must prevent enemies from reaching it. Use the Regicide rules and map setup for access rather than a standard civilization build order.
Separate from the Asian Dynasties Regent
The Asian Dynasties profile lists 2,000 hit points and 8.1 speed and is associated with special Regicide maps. The Baltic Powers Regicide profile instead records 2,500 hit points, 6.0 speed, a 350 Coin cost and a one-unit limit. These are two mode/version records for the Regent; do not combine their statistics into a single profile.
Play around the objective rule
The high hit point total and ranged resistance buy time, but they do not make the Regent expendable: death ends the Regicide match. Keep the combat force positioned to screen likely approaches and use the scenario’s terrain and defensive structures to deny direct access. The profile’s 350 Coin and one-unit limit describe this mode entry, not a normal civilization build order. When comparing older references, check which Regent they mean: The Asian Dynasties entry has a different movement and durability profile, while this article records the Baltic Powers version. Do not transfer one version’s values to the other.
