World Map Overview

The Overworld of Minecraft Dungeons II is one contiguous, fixed, interconnected world — not a mission-select screen. Seven regions numbered 1-7 run from level 1 (Brave Haven, Squid Coast) through level 26 (Frozen Highlands), linked by a minecart fast-travel network and dotted with dungeons, rifts and chests.
What the map holds
Across the Overworld there are 9 minecart stations, 22 dungeon entrances, 59 chests and 10 quest givers. Minecart stations link regions once activated; dungeon entrances and rifts move between sessions, so experienced players learn every observed spot rather than one fixed layout. Chests do not appear on the in-game map, which is why farming routes are planned around stations and dungeon doors instead.
Region by region, see the individual region pages: Brave Haven (town hub), Squid Coast, Honeycomb Fields, Howling Woods, The Deep Dark, Rainy Plains and Frozen Highlands. For the other dimension, see The Sift World Map.
Using the map
Plan travel around minecart stations to minimize walking, and note that Soul Storms rotate through fixed sites per region — the storm sites are worth memorizing alongside the stations. Quest givers cluster in hubs and early regions, so check those before heading into the high-level zones.
