Overview

Carry surviving Feudal Scouts into Knights after Castle Age, using early vision without locking the plan to one unit tier.

Plan and execution

Use Scouts to inspect walls and resource access, preserve healthy units, then shift workers toward the Age advance. Add Knights when the Stable and food-gold income can sustain them.

Risks and adaptation

Lost Scouts or overproducing Feudal cavalry can delay the transition. Watch for Spearmen and Monks, and stop spending when pressure has ended.

Decision example

Early Scouts can force small walls and reveal whether the opponent is adding Spearmen or an Archery Range. Stop producing them when their food cost would postpone Castle Age without a clear target. During the advance, prepare gold mining and keep the Stable ready; the first Knight wave should arrive together rather than ride into defenses one at a time. Surviving Scouts can watch Monks, exposed expansions, and alternate approaches. Add a second Stable only when food and gold income can fill both queues without stopping Villagers.
