Military Rickshaw (shipment)
Military Rickshaw is a Japanese Consulate technology in The Asian Dynasties. Under Japanese Isolation it delivers one construction rickshaw that becomes either a Barracks or a Stable at no additional building cost. The Torii Gates Wonder is a separate route that can also provide a Military Rickshaw when advancing to the Commerce or Fortress Age; it is not a prerequisite for the Consulate technology.

Consulate shipment and construction
The Consulate research costs 100 Export and takes 30 seconds in the Commerce Age. Its delivery has 250 hit points, 20% siege resistance, speed 4.0 and line of sight 18. Deploy it as one military production building: choose Barracks for infantry or Stable for cavalry. The selected site is free, but units trained there still require their normal resources and time. The rickshaw is a construction unit, not a combat shipment.
Consulate and Wonder access

Research condition and rickshaw values
Choose the building at deployment to match the army you intend to produce; one rickshaw cannot establish both options. A Barracks supports infantry production, while a Stable supports cavalry. Scout a defensible site and escort the wagon during travel. The Torii Gates Wonder can provide a Military Rickshaw as part of its Commerce or Fortress Age-up route, so Japanese players may gain similar infrastructure through a Wonder choice even when they are not using the Japanese Isolation Consulate technology.
Separate Consulate and Wonder routes
The Consulate option is researched in the Commerce Age under Japanese Isolation and costs 100 Export. The Torii Gates Wonder can provide a Military Rickshaw when it is used to advance to the Commerce or Fortress Age. These are separate access paths with different decisions: selecting the Wonder for an age-up is not the same as researching the Consulate technology, and the Consulate route requires the Japanese Isolation alliance.
