When to research
The package is strongest when several Coin systems are operating at once: miners and other Villagers, Fishing Ships working Whales, and Hacienda automatic Coin income. It costs 1,000 Food and 1,000 Wood and takes 30 seconds in the Imperial Age. If the map has no usable Whales or the economy is not using the listed Coin buildings, assess the remaining bonuses separately before committing.
Forty percent for several Coin sources
Mountain State Gold Rush increases Villager Coin gathering from Mines, Mountain Monasteries, Estates, Coin Rice Paddies, Coin Fields and Coin Haciendas by 40%. Fishing Ships gather Coin from Whales 40% faster, and Hacienda automatic Coin gathering also rises 40%. These are distinct worker, ship and building effects.
