Function & construction

The Commerce Age roster includes Redcoats for 75 Food and 25 Coin and Ironsides for 100 Food and 90 Coin, each using one population. In the Fortress Age it can train Highlanders for 200 Coin or Swiss Pikemen for 160 Coin, each using two population. Move the Explorer or units to capture the building; an opponent can recapture it if no friendly units remain nearby. It cannot be damaged or destroyed.

Placement & timing

Capture the site when its production and passive Experience support the next army timing. Keep troops nearby to retain control, since leaving it empty allows an enemy capture despite the structure’s invulnerability. Two starting sites make early scouting useful. Use the roster to cover a specific need and include its population support when planning the scenario army.

A contested production point north of the Minster

The Parliamentarians are one of several capturable objectives in the War of the Three Kingdoms map. Their Redcoat, Ironside, Highlander and Swiss Pikeman options expand with Age, while the 0.7 Experience trickle continues as long as the building is owned. Control is maintained by nearby units rather than hit points, so a small garrison or patrol can matter more than a siege weapon. Keep the site connected to the army and watch for opponents moving from the Minster or another route.
