Release and collection context
The Achroma Collection was released on January 21, 2026. Its CS2 gallery contains weapon finishes grouped into Common, Uncommon, Rare, Mythical and Legendary tiers. Representative entries include M249 | Sleet and MP9 | Byproduct at Common; FAMAS | Vendetta and MAC-10 | Snow Splash at Uncommon; AUG | Creep and Desert Eagle | The Daily Deagle at Rare; AK-47 | Breakthrough and Glock-18 | Trace Lock at Mythical; and AWP | The End at Legendary. The gallery identifies each finish with its specific weapon, so the tier and collection name do not replace the item’s weapon identity.
A collection groups cosmetic finishes under one named set. Each entry remains a weapon-and-finish pair, so the set identifies provenance and rarity while the weapon page explains its combat role. Current acquisition availability can change; the release date remains historical context.
Rarity and item use
Rarity tiers describe where a finish sits within this collection. They do not alter damage, recoil, rate of fire or movement. Collection finishes are cosmetic loadout items used to customize the named weapon. A dated collection should not be confused with an active map pool, a game expansion or a change to weapon behavior.
