Overview
House of Wisdom wings replace the usual landmark choice, while Golden Age rewards connected building placement. Its camel roster and strong berry gathering support an economy that can sustain varied armies.
Use in play
Develop the House of Wisdom influence network while protecting food and trade routes. Choose wing benefits to match the next stage of the match, and use camel units when cavalry pressure makes their debuff valuable.
Economic engine and progression
The House of Wisdom is the civilization’s age-up landmark and lets the player select wings with different benefits. Golden Age tiers reward a connected built-up base, so placement and expansion influence the economic payoff. The civilization’s berries gather faster than other food sources, and camel units affect opposing cavalry, giving the Abbasids options for both steady growth and mounted-unit control.
Army and matchups
The roster combines conventional infantry, ranged units and siege with camel specialists such as the Camel Archer and Camel Lancer. Camels are valuable when the opponent is leaning on cavalry, while the rest of the army must cover their limitations against ranged or spear-heavy forces. Compare wing benefits and available technologies before committing to a single composition.
